Terms, payments and refunds

Free previews and quotes

Website previews and app planning calls are free, with no obligation. Before any work that costs money begins, you get a written quote with a fixed price and timeline.

How payment works

• Starter websites are paid in full at launch, after you've approved your free preview.
• All other websites and apps are paid in two parts: half when you approve your quote, and half at launch.
• The final payment is due before your site or app goes live.
• We email you a secure invoice link. You can pay by card or by US bank account. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank numbers.
• Maryland sales tax is added where the law requires it.

Refunds on builds

• Your first payment is fully refundable until work begins. We'll always tell you the day work starts.
• After work begins, if you cancel, we refund the part of your payment that covers work not yet done.
• To cancel or ask for a refund, email support@crabtowndigital.com. Refunds go back to the card or bank account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Monthly plans

• Monthly plans cover hosting, care and updates. They're charged automatically each month to the card or bank account you choose, with no contract.
• Cancel anytime from your client billing page or by emailing support@crabtowndigital.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
• The current month isn't refunded.
• Your web address is registered in your name and stays yours. If you stop your plan, we send you your site's files so you can host it anywhere.
